Three villas on the island of Korčula. Project completed in 2022.

Vestec v zahradách

Terraced houses and apartments with layouts of two bedrooms (3+kk) to five bedrooms (6+kk) in Vestec near Prague come with a generous amount of public space and a clear orientation that provides residents with visual peace, does not overload public space with parked cars and leaves private areas clearly separated from semi-public and common space. The realization of 46 housing units took place in 2020 - 2023.

Vila Průhonice

7 exclusive villas directly under the chateau. Construction work will be completed in 2023 - 2025.

Marina Jelsa

In 2024, we will introduce our offer of summer living in the town of Jelsa, situated on the eastern coast of the island of Hvar and directly opposite the island of Brač with its famous town of Bol. Construction work will be completed in 2024 - 2026.

Apartments Živoghošče

In the offered Živogošče block of 17 flats you will be able to choose between 2-room and 4-room flat. Each flat will have its own balcony, a terrace or a garden. Construction work will be completed in 2025 - 2026.

NEW APARTMENTS PRAGUE 4
ŠEBEROV FARMHOUSE

Reconstruction of a former farmhouse in Hrnčíře, Prague 4, K Šeberovu Street, No. 508 into 39 housing units. The interesting feature of the project is its cozy character, which was appreciated by more demanding clients. The building was approved in 2017.

HOUSES PRAGUE 4

"Hrnčíře in gardens" is a project of 18 houses in Prague 4 - Hrnčíře. All the houses have found their new owners, who are now enjoying the benefits of living in a big city in a house with their own garden. All 4 types of houses were offered in the 5 rooms category with land ranging from 390 m2 to 488 m2. Completed in 2017.

ŘEPORYJE IN GARDENS

Construction of 154 family houses in Prague 5 - Řeporyje. Realized in 2006 -2020.

VILLA ON THE ISLAND OF HVAR

In 2016 we completed a villa with a swimming pool on Hvar Island with an area of 500 m2.

VILLA IN DOBŘEJOVICE

Villa in Dobřejovice, Prague - east. The building approval was conducted in March 2008.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ON CIHLÁŘOVA STREET
PRAGUE 4

Apartment building on Cihlářova Street, Prague 4 with 30 apartments in the 1 + kc to 3 + kc categories. The project also included 26 parking spaces for 2-room apartments and larger. The building was approved in autumn 2007.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN PRAGUE 6

The apartment building at the corner of Nad Závěrkou and Smiřický Streets in Prague 6 – Brevnov with 26 housing units and 2 ateliers. There are also shared underground garages - 40 parking spaces, 31 cellars, large terraces and indoor gardens. The total floor area of the units is about 4,638 m2, the building approval conducted in 2004.

2 houses in Prague 4 - Šeberov, Lesné Street and a house in Prague 5 – Stodůlky, Před rybníkem Street, both approved in 2003.

RESIDENTIAL BUILDING ON BUTOVICKÁ STREET IN PRAGUE 5

Residential building on Butovická street in Prague 5 – Jinonice with 8 flats, one office on the ground floor and a common underground garage with 10 parking lots, large terraces and inner gardens. The total surface of all flats is around 1,193 m2. The building was finally inspected and approved in 2001.
